RESERVATION and CANCELLATION POLICIES
RESERVATIONS
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations.
- Your credit card number (visa, mastercard) will hold your reservation.
- Balance due in full upon arrival.
- The month of July requires a two night minimum stay.
- Check in 4:00 pm check out 12:00 noon unless prior arrangements have been made.
CANCELATIONS
- No refunds if cancelled 30 days or less prior to reservation date.
- If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your reservation date the entire deposit less 30% transaction fee will be refunded.
- No partial refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
- No refunds on cancelled Romance packages.
